Healthy foods for breakfast

To have fashionable day you need to start the day well, having that healthy and yummy breakfast is key, what you eat is reflected on the outside.

Well, we all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day for many but obvious reasons. In addition, research has shown that people who consistently eat a healthy and nutritious breakfast tend to be slimmer than those who don't. It's not called "the most important meal of the day" for nothing! the right morning meal can jump-start your brain .Today at the gym, oh yes I do workout, while  talking to my gym instructor he suggested better ways to add healthy foods to my breakfast instead of the usual tea/coffee and bread norm. They are so easy and delicious, you`ll barely notice the difference.
Tempted to have ice cream for breakfast? Well, it’s not that bad if you mixed it with some banana, bit of peanut then blend it to have a yummy banana serve.

Try having your breakfast with fresh juices. Papayas, mangoes, pineapples are some of the common fruits you can match up with your breakfast. Toss in vegetables into your pan of eggs or have the eggs boiled then slice some tomatoes and onions, mix them up, have it fresh milk (either cold or hot) preference, more protein in your breakfast. You can create so many varieties of vegetable omelets with peppers, chopped white/green onions, mushrooms and a whole lot more. After you take the eggs off the cooker, sprinkle or lay down cheese slices for additional taste.

Avoid anything that's sweet and sugary, burgers and muffins, look great on the side but they do not contribute to a healthy breakfast. Try any kind of fruity and nut bars which are rich in proteins. Salads are also important, pure vegetables will amount to a high metabolism in your body.

After that healthy breakfast you are go to go, get dressed and have that confident and fashionable day.

Simon-says:
DON'T SKIP BREAKFAST: this is a no-no because your metabolism slows when you are asleep, eating a few hours shortly after you wake up will help boost your metabolism. Fashion is you.
